  • 1 whole-grain or whole-wheat wrap

  • 115g lean ground turkey

  • 15 ml olive oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 120g mixed salad greens (spinach, lettuce, or your choice)

  • 60g cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 30g avocado, sliced

  • 15 ml Greek yogurt or tzatziki sauce (optional)

  • Fresh herbs (such as cilantro or parsley) for garnish

  • Season with ground cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well and cook until fully cooked.

  • While the turkey is cooking, prepare the vegetables by washing and slicing them.

  • Warm the whole-grain wrap slightly in a dry skillet or microwave.

  • Lay the wrap flat and place the cooked ground turkey in the center.

  • Layer the mixed salad greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red bell pepper, and avocado slices on top of the turkey.

  • Drizzle with Greek yogurt or tzatziki sauce if desired.

  • Sprinkle fresh herbs for garnish.

  • Fold in the sides of the wrap and then roll it tightly.

  • Slice the wrap in half diagonally and serve.
