I believe that Pregnancy and the postpartum period are profoundly transformative phases in a woman's life, filled with unique challenges and opportunities for growth.

As a registered Postpartum Doula and Nutrition Coach, I am deeply passionate about empowering women through every stage of their motherhood journey.

I provide a suite of  services to meet the diverse needs of pregnant and postpartum mums and as a response to the glaring gap in accessible holistic services.

As a postpartum doula, I am dedicated to providing you with physical, emotional, and informational support throughout your postpartum experience. From creating a postpartum plan to offering  assistance with newborn care and infant feeding support, I'll be by your side every step of the way.

I believe that bodywork plays a key part in pregnancy and in postpartum recovery.  As a qualified massage therapist I understand the many benefits of pre and postnatal massage for new mums. Some benefits include reduced stress, relaxation, hormonal balance, pain relief and improved circulation.

Pregnancy and postpartum can bring about significant changes in your body, which may impact your body image. As your coach, I provide a safe and supportive space for you to explore and embrace these changes, fostering self-acceptance and body neutrality throughout your journey into motherhood.
